Devide the 30% of the tablet into two parts and give here one part a day, so that is 15% of one tablet

Diarree caused by magnesium takes a couple of days to cure, see what happens

Lara is not critically ill we can move with caution because we have the time

IMPORTANT please give Lara the magnesium 15 minutes BEFORE meal to avoid all possible side effects. One side effect of magnesium is that it lowers the acidity of the stomac. That will make food digestion more difficult. If you give magnesium BEFORE a meal there is NO problem.

willy, there are no vitamine D3 in gel capsules, it used to be from Roemmers Laboratory but they don´t do it anymore. there are ones from that lab, but is one little bottle of 2ml=100.000 Ui, and it would be a mess split that. so we are waiting the answer from a seller in mercadolibre (it´s like an e-bay or amazon that we use in argentina), he has some products of now food. if he don´t answer until monday we´ll buy it from amazon or any other way. in the meantime we´ll keep going with supradyn, I hope that keep Lara save. she also is having a prevent treatment, is a spray, fluticorp. can´t find the prospect but here are a description.

In the mean time you can try to go out of the house. Take lara to a restaurant and drink there something. Usally the morning is the most difficult part of the day if you are depressed. In the eavening things go better.

yes I´m doing therapy and I think I´ll be having antidepressive next week or the other. the doctors are always telling us that Lara shouldn´t go to closed paces, and not be around with a lot of people, especialy with kids. then I can´t go out to much. Besides, go over and over to the clinic is depressing for me, doctors have not a big human touch.

But spring is here and the days are starting to be more nice, so We´ll go out to open places. I feel very sad when she don´t eat because I feel something wrong is going on with her. when I see her feeling good I feel good too.

But don´t worry, I´ve never gave up on anything in my life and this wont´t be my first time at all, I gonna be stronger to help her and cure her!

I believe the diarree is going away today, hopefuly tomorrow she´ll be fine, but I´m not sure if was the magnesium or she is swalowing mocus again... there´s a tree dust in the air all the time now.
