For lara with 47kg she needs 134mcg a day that is 940mcg a week

most good supplements come in 200mcg

So.................

Give here 5 x 200 and in the weekend 2 days nothing. that makes 1000mcg a week and thats fine

When is the next cardio check?

Hi Willie, we went to the cardio on september 10, but no echo because it was to soon to se any changes.

cardio raised up enalapril dosis to 2,5 mg in the morning and half of 2,5 at night.

We ran a blood thes and everything was ok but vitammine D, so she is having 100.000 UI every two weeks for 4 months.

we have to go back in november/december. I´ll let you know how it goes.
