Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy,need your HELP!

Hi,

My name is Vella.I am 48 years old male.I live in the suburbs of Chicago in USA.I am diagnosed with HCM (Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy).I started noticing my symptoms 3 years ago.Once in the month when i walk fast i started feeling like i could use some air.At first i tought i need more excercise and that i am to much sedentary person,but later my symptoms would become more frequent.I decided i will visit doctor.They send me to Echo test(they said i did great) where they found enlarged hearth and told me to establish relationship to the cardiologist.Later that week i was by the cardiologist which told me that i have HCM.

My symptoms are loosing breath when walking/jogging,pain in the chest an arythmia.I have to stop walking because i think i will faint.I am non smoker(quit 8 years ago).I came across this forum and taught that you might help me with supplements.My goal would be free of symptoms so i can get back on jogging and walking.I am willing to adjust my diet and do what ever is needed to avoid surgery.

What medication are you using

How often do you see your cardio? Please ask your cardio all the pro-BNP or BNP values hè mensuren in the past time

I do not use any medication now,except hawthorn syrup.I do not visit cardiologist anymore.One i had passed year ago and since that time i have not visited one.I checked last blood test and i cant find those values,you asked about.

Acetyl-l-carnitine is fine but do not start

If the 400mg Q10 is in TABLET FORM it is rubish

Look for oil filled capsules 200mg is also fine then you take 2 x 200

MSM is a tempory trick and is not curing you, it will provide more oxgen transport

So find a goog Q10

Magnesium citrate to high, the dosis is 2 x 200mg morning, eavening, So vind an other

D-ribose dosis is 3 x 5 gram solved in half a liter water that you drink during the day, so buy ONE kilo

Start with 2 x 200mg Q10 during meal time for at least 2 - 3 weeks and report how you feel

Post the starting time of Q10

You can buy the other supplements BUT do nog take them yet

This may cause diarrhea, if so 2 x 500

Try to find a good magnesium citrate 200 Mg

A d-ribose powder which you can buy per kilo or half a kilo, daily dosis is 15 grams

And taurine 500mg
