Hi Willy,
The thing with Lara and food has been always and isue. What doctors told us when Lara was hard to feed was, give her anything just to get her entusiastic about food, then improve nutrients. After a time we´ve tryed to give helthier food, but she keeps some habits that now we are trying to get off her, like pudins and cream.
I´ll cook with wholemeal flour enstead white flour, homemade cookies and pizza, bread. no fructose at all, more fruits and vegetables. I din´t know about the white of the egg, so she´ll get the yellow.
She can´t eat ham (to many salt) and just soft cheese. Is not to common eat turkey here, but we´ll get it.
About the sugar, the pediatrician said that is not a concern for her if we give her an responsable amount. Also, it can be a trouble be low in sugar with betha blokers?
I need a food with high calories, I feel I taking her off all the calories
Milk, already reduced to 2/3 bottles, we are waiting Lara to get more solid to cut one bottle more and so, by now is far from magnesium.
We are doing the best we can, it was already stressfull take off ALL the sodium

, but we´ll get there!
Enjoy England!
Aleta.
