today I´ve call a doctor to came home because Lara had a little cough, it turns out just a cold, very comun at this time of the year, the lungs are ok, just a few mocus but in the nose, but as she swallows it has gastroenteritis. the doctor said that nothing serious, so it looks like that the reason for diarree.

She told me to stop the magnesium for a few days to recover her intestinal flora, and then start again.

maybe the magnesium helped the gastroenteritis to develop, maybe not.

that solves the mistery of the apetitte. I hope she feels better tomorrow.

Hi Willy, not forgeting Vitamine D, I wrote again to the guy who brings it but no answer yet. Amazon does not shipping now foods to Buenos Aires , so I´ve wrote directly to now foods. I´ll let you know!
In the meantime we are giving Lara the trivisol, when she get totally ok of her stomach back to supradyn, I hope that make the trick until the now foods arrives.

Amazon doesen´t ship this product to argentina (actually, none of the supplements), the guy in argentina who brings now food producs told me that this one in particular can´t get it.

I´m waiting the response of Now Food about shipping to argentina. In case they don´t, I´ve ask in the pharmacy where we send to prepare the Qo10 if they can make D3 1000 U.I. and they say they do. But not in softgels, that is an industrial prepared. They only need the prescription, I guess I can ask to our pediatrician, but we need the exact composition.

Let me know what you think, I don´t know if the pharmacy prepared will be the same, that is a thing you might know.

Lara´s diarree is gone, but we have to control with the doc again tomorrow, just to be sure. yesterday was fine, just a little mocus. I don´t know when start again witth magnesium, maybe let her stomach cure a few more days?

Oke diarree is gone. Start the 15% magnesium per day, if that goes alright increase to 2 x 15% per day

If your docter is willing to subscribe 1000 IU D3 then this will be the simple solution to this problem.

But may be he will find the doses to high and only will subscribe 800. That is fine too, but then you have to get Lara in the sun with arms and legs as much as possible

If he subscribes 400 then give here 2 x 400 and get here in the sun

The blood test in december will show if the tablet form and sun bathing is sufficient. If not I will try to send you the correct D3

Yes ribose it is time I will do my home work NOW,

For an adult with 70 kg the ribose doses is 12 gram

12 / 70 = 0,17 gram

For Lara with 8 kg

0,17 x 8 = 1,37 gram

Divided in 3 times per day

1,37 / 3 = 0,45 gram

So the correct dosis is 3 x 0,45 gram per day

But start with 1 x 0,45 gram per day and slowly bring that up to 3 x

Hi, i write you to your mail cause i am on the phone and don't let me enter
the forum. Yesterday we start 15mg of magnesium, t0day Lara made 2 times
poop, i don't know if was the magnesiium blame, i don't think so. But we
have a friend of my mother who travels saturdáy to miami, it would be a
good idea dto ask him to buy the magnesium that absorves through the skin
just in case we need it? I'll ask him for vitamine d3, but tomorrow our doc
will give us the prescription anyway. It would be great if he can get both.
It's becoming very hard to bring some stuff from outside the country via
mail!

Does 2 x poop mean diarree?

If you have a bath you can use machnesium chloride salt. I put out a request to a Dutch magnesium expert and let you know more details

Magnesium chloride via skin spray

Or magnesium chloride salt during a bath

In both methods the skin will regulate bioavailability so you can not over dose
