Lara is at the moment around 8 kg tha dosis for her is

22,8 - 45,7 mg / day

So a dosis between 30 - 50 mg is fine per day. That means 2 x (15 - 25) mg because it is better to devide the daily doses.

The magnesium should be binded too an amino acid for optimal absorbtion (bio availability)

So for instance magnesium citrate is good

Correct magnesium time released so it will give less diaree

I use the same product because other forms give me diaree problems

Go for one third of a tablet per day. Devide that little bit roughly into two parts and give that in the morning and in the evening

Later we will increase the dosis to 2 x 25% of one tablet per day

yes, vitamine D and pro bnp, right? tomorrow is our appointment with the cardiologist, i´m scared that Lara´s heart might be worse, because she is not eating to good, but always has been that way, so i really don´t know. willy do you know something about this? we got and test back and this is what is saids: (is for the metabolism doc) organic acids in urine: slight increase in suberic acid-unsaturated. trace detected hexanoyl glycine.
we have tu see her on thursday but here is a general strike, and i don´t know if she will be able to go to the hospital. don´t know what this means!!!

hi willy, we went to the cardiology appointment today. no changes. is what we suspect but not what we want....... but we are grateful she is no worse! we ask for a BNP test and said that they don´t make that test, only to very acute cases...that in she it would throw still the same we ask also for vitamine D and the doc said it was no necesary! but send a blood test (hepatograma, hemogram, GAP, creatinine, urea, plasma electrolytes), maybe there we´ll see the vitamine D?
well, still waiting for magnesium arrives!
