Geoff!

Congrats on your cardiomyopathy success story! I bet you are feeling on top of the world right now!

Corrig and Willy's protocol is helping Shane progress instead of waiting for a heart transplant! He just went to a doctor's appointment a few weeks ago and they didn't test his EF that time, but will do this at his next appointment in a few months. But overall nothing negative was said about his heart condition.

I have had a hard time keeping him taking the Ribose and Taurine on a regular schedule, but he is now staying with me. so he has me to remind him! :D

I will show him your post and that should convince him that he needs to remember ALL his supplements! It's not easy for someone under 25 or 30 years of age to get this condition...they are not programmed to take pills on a regular basis. At least my son isn't.

Take good care,
Verona

Thanks for the compliments Corrij!

Both you and Willy...and these boards are the best! I just recommended this forum to a lady I met the other day that has been dealing with cardiomyopathy for a few years. I always try to get the word out as much as I can about your protocol successes.

If it hadn't been for finding these boards, I would have been lost in fear for my son's health!

Take good care!
Verona

Corrij (therapeut) schreef:Hello Geoff,

WOW congratulations :D
This is very great news, well done!

The first thing I want to say is that you never stop taking the supplements, otherwise your cardiomyopathy will come back.

But you can reduce the amount,

1 x 100 mg Q 10
2 x 500 mg Taurine
2 x 500 mg Carnitine
1 x 200 mcg chromium
1 x 200 mg Alpha-lipioc acid
1 x 400 IE vitamin E
3 x 1000 mg Vitamin C
1 x multi

You can skip the arginie/ornithine

Listen to your body! And please keep in touch :D

warm regards,
Corrij
Corrij

How about the magnesium? Should I continue to take that supplement?

Geoff
