Hello Patrick,
First of all, welcome to this forum.
Do you want to follow the heart failure protocol?
If so I suggest the following
Do you think your cardiologist would mind you using supplements to improve your health?
And could you find out if you can get the supplements by the makes of Solgar or Pharma Nord or Now?
I suggest that you start with 200mcg Chromium GFT, you can start this without a problem.
MSM, the final dosage is 3000 mg but we’ll build it up slowly, I suggest 500 mg for the first few days, If this goes well then 500 extra untill you are at the 3000 mg.
You have to build it up slowly because MSM detoxifies and it can cause headache, diarrhoea or tiredness.
Msm and chromium are not a part of the heart failure protocol but they are meant to give you more energy.
regards,Corrij

Hi Corrij, I have ordered the Chromium and MSM via Solgar. I just want to confirm that Chromium Picolinate is the correct product? As soon as I receive them and get up to 3000mg of MSM, I will let you know. Also, what would be the next suppliments I would need to get?
Thank You
Patrick

Hi Patrick,
For now you can take the picolinate but
when you order new chromium you must have the chromium GTF and not the piconilate.
When you received the MSM Patrick build it up slowly like I explane before
You can order the next supplements, but you may not taking them yet.
The first step is MSM and chromium.
Q10
Taurine
alpha-lipoic acid
Vitamin C
Magnesium glycinate
Arginie/ornithine
groetjes,corrij

Hi Patrick,
It`s time we start with the real heart failure protocol
I suggest the following supplements,
Arginie/ornithine 3 capsules a day at night before you go to bed on a empty stomach
Q10 2x 100 mg. per day
Taurine 3x500mg. Per day
L-Carnitine 3x 500 mg. per day (I was forgotten this supplement in my last message)
Alpha-lipioc acid 2 x 100 mg a day
Vitamin E 400 IE 1 x a day
Magnesium glycinate 2 x 100 mg a day
I would also like to Advice you Patrick to use 3x 1000mg vitamine C, and
also a multivitamine
I just wanted to say that it would be best to take the carnitine and the taurine
separately on a empty stomach.
For instance the carnitine half an hour before breakfast or two hours after breakfast
The taurine half an hour before lunch or diner. or two hours after
This is to get an as big as possible effect.
Hope to hear from you soon,
regards,Corrij

Dilated Cardiomyopathy
Hi Corrij, I'm getting ready to start the protocol and have a couple questions, what type of L-Carnitine should I be using, just L-Carnitine or
Acetyl L-Carnitine? Also, is CoQ10 and Q10 the same?
Thank You.
Patrick

Corrij is on holiday
Acetyl l carnitne is better, the dose is 3 x 500mg but more expensive
l-carnitine will also do the job use 3 x 2 x 300mg
CoQ10 = Q10, make sure is is a oil capsule with vitamine E added.
