Idiopathic Cardiomyopathy

Bericht door johnnybayonne » wo jan 25, 2006 6:02 pm

Hi, my mane is John. I am 42 years old and in great shape. I am 5'11" and 175 lbs. I fast walk for 30 min. 3 days a week, and do a full body workout 3 days a week. I am very active, work 5 days + a week for the Path Railway System, do home repairs, and play with my kids. Last spring, I was diagnosed with idiopathic cardiomyopathy. A week before my diagnosis, I had a viral form of pink eye. I also have vitiligo, which is caused by my overactive immmune system. I have had these tests done: stress test, cath. echoes, and t-wave. My EF was said to be 30 during my cath. 39 on my 1st echoe and most recently, in October 2005, it was 43. The t-wave was inconclusive and now they want do a MUGA! I am currently taking coreg 3.125 mg 2 times daily, diovan 80 mg once a day. I have to tell you I feel great and I felt fine even before the meds! I don't like taking meds because I don't know the long term affects and would like to use natural methods. I really feel like there is nothing wrong with me. Although, I've had many ekg's done to tell me I do have some extra pvc's . I feel fine but I'm still very confused. I really want to stop using my meds, or can I use supplements with my meds. Any suggestions?

Thank you

Sincerely,

John S. Marino
Regards,

John

Hello John,

You can try to improve or cure your heart failure by taking the right food supplements.
I don't know if you've read about it?
The people who follow Willy's heart failure protocol all improve quite a lot.
What I can do for you is give you free advice and guide you through the protocol.
If this is ok for you would you be so kind as to answer Willy`s questions .
To answer your question, you can use supplements with your meds,it`s realy no problem,

regards,Corrij

Thank You Willy, for responding so quickly.
I was diagnosed with
idiopathic cardiomyopathy, back in March of 2005. My current condition
is good, but I still have some PVC'S. My ejection fraction is 43, back in
March when I was diagnosed, it was 30. The cause of my disease is pretty
much unknown, although I did have a viral form of pink eye, 4 or 5 days
before my annual medical when they found the PVC'S on my EKG. I also
have vitiligo caused from an overactive immune system.
My blood pressure
is 110 over 60. No nutrition restrictions. These are the meds that I
use, coreg 3.125 mg twice daily, and diovan 80 mg once daily. I am not
frequently tired, but I do feel some what sleepy after I take my meds.
No, I avoid as much sugar as possible!
Yes, I can skip a meal and eat
three hours later. Also note: I follow the Men's fitness abs diet, which
has me eating 6 times a day, 3 meals, and 3 snacks every 2 hours. The diet
consists of protein, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, fiber, and
calcium. I don't drink or smoke, never did and the supplements I am
currently taking are: Centrum A to Zinc muti-vit. a balanced B-100,
Ester-C 500 mg.all once a day, whole ground flaxseed meal 2 tbsp 2x a day,
5g of creatine monohydrate once a day, (~24g) of Designer Whey protein
once a day, and I drink 3 cups of green tea a day.
p.s. my cardiologists
wants me to go in for a MUGA test next week to see if I am at risk for
sudden death, he did a T- wave which was inconclusive. He did say my EF
was 43 based on an echo that was done in October of 2005, but he said
echo's are not as accurate as the MUGA. He said if my ef is below 35, he
suggests I get an ICD. I really feel like I am being rushed, I really
would like to wait another 6 months to see if my condition gets better
with some type of treatment protocol!

Thank You, Sincerely, John
Regards,

John

Hello John,

I agree with you on waiting for half a year, for sure if you're planning to follow the protocol.
And your EF isn't t that low, on the Dutch forum some people have an EF of 13%.
Is it very difficult for you to get the supplements?
From what country are you?
If it's ok with you we can start with the first two supplements.

I mean the Chromium GTF 200 mcg a day,
MSM 3000mg a day.

Maybe you can order them? When you have them, can you leave a message on the forum?
Then I can explain why and how to use the MSM.

Regards,

Corrij

Hi! Corrij,

John here, just letting you know where I'm at with the supplement's you have me taking. I am taking MSM 1000mg. 3 times daily, A-L-Carnitine 500mg 3 times daily, and the GTF Chromium200mcg once a day. I feel good right now, at first I felt a little tired , I got some slight head pain, but not anymore. How long will it be before I start the protocol?
Thanks,

Sincerely, John

Hi John,

Im glad the MSM is working.

We're gonna start now with a real heart failing protocol are you ready?

Arginie/ornithine 3 capsules a day at night before you go to bed on a empty stomach

Q10 2x 100 mg. per day

Taurine 3x500mg. Per day

L-Carnitine 3x 500 mg. per day

Alpha-Lipoic acid. 100 mg 2 x a day

The L-Carnitine you already take, the Chroom and the MSM Also keep taking .
I would also like to Advice you John to also use 3x 1000mg vitamine C, and
also a high dose of multivitamine .

I just wanted to say that it would be best to take the carnitine and the taurine
separately on a empty stomach.

For instance the carnitine half an hour before breakfast or two hours after breakfast

The taurine half an hour before lunch or diner. or two hours after
This is to get an as big as possible effect.

kind regards,
Corrij

Hi! Corrij,

I am doing just fine. Thanks to you and Willy's Protocol I FEEL GREAT!!! There's nothing better than feeling confident about your protocol! I also feel like I have much more energy since I started the protocol. I am due to see my cardiologist in April for another electro-cardiogram(ultra- sound). I'll let you know how that goes.
Thanks Again, John

great news

Bericht door Corrij (therapeut) » za apr 15, 2006 6:52 pm

Hi Corrij, I have some very encouraging news for everyone in our forum.

On April 12th 06, I had a (M U G A) test done, to measure my ejection fraction.

This test is the most accurate way to get a correct reading of your ejection fraction.

As you know, back in March of 2005 my (E J F) was 30%, in October of 2005 43%.

On April 13th 06, my cardiologists called me with the results of my (M U G A) test and my (E J F) is currently 55%, pretty much in the normal range, since 60% is ideal!!!!

The fact is I really did not feel that well before I started the supplement protocol!!

I know I only started the protocol 2 months ago, but it is my opinion that my diet, exercise, and life style combined with the protocol is what got me these great results.

My diet, exercise regimen, and life style was posted on the forum on January 27th 06 for any reference. I am going to continue everything that I am doing because I feel great!!!

Please post this on the forum for me and let Willy know the great news!!!!!! WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE HOW THANKFUL I AM TOWARDS YOU AND WILLY, and the FORUM!!!

Thank you so much,

John, from Bayonne, N.J. USA
