HI Willie/Corrij
Thanks for all the help and advice, and encouragement, we are
on 1000 MSM now.Wife is feeling alittle tied but I am encouraging her along.
Thanks for the links as well.
Ons praat a bietje Afrikaans, en dit is soos Dutch, but not alot.
So to answer your question,no Wille we don't I only wish I could, I see that the Dutch forum is much more busier than the English one.
Regards
Praveen

Hi Praveen,
The people with heart failure are not really on a diet, but you could make sure you’re wife doesn’t have much sugar and that she avoids stimulating food products, for instance coffee, alcohol, chocolate etc.
Also keep down the salt and fat and eat as many as possible fresh fruit and vegetables.
This doesn’t just apply to your wife but is also good for you, to get aware of what you eat and why you eat something

Hi Praveen,
How’s your wife?
Does she suffer any detoxification problems? Or is she fine?
Can you tell me how much of the MSM is she taking at the moment?
To get back to your question of last week Praveen, the training I’m following at the moment has everything to do with my work on the forum.
It’s an orthomolecular education.
Hope to hear from you soon,

Cardiomyopathy Post Pregnancy
Hello Praveen
My name is Sharon Ley and I've been following you and your wife's story in the forum.
I too have peripartum CMP and have recently joined this wonderful forum and am in the very early stages of starting supplements.
Already I feel a little better, and it is so heartening (can you believe how many heart references you notice once you have a heart condition?) to be connecting with such positivity and kindness. I am hearing recovery stories everywhere I turn lately, so I am starting to think that we are on the brink of some big progress with how this condition is treated and perceived in terms of prognosis. People like Willie and Corrij are trailblazers and I'm so grateful to have found them. Of course, I have bad days and then need to remind myself to be patient as it will take time to recuperate.
Please give your wife my best wishes. I know how awful it is to feel too tired to play with my kids (Rosa is 4 and Sophie 15 months) and to wonder about our future together. It's a real struggle of the spirit as well as the body, and such a strain for those who love us too. It is wonderful that you are such a positive and determined advocate for your wife. Also as incredibly hard as it may be at times, to try to meet the needs of a crying baby or young child, they are also brilliant vibrant distractors, comedians and lifelovers who force us into the NOW, no?
I recently read a book by a local woman, who was so ill with CMP in 1984 that she was given 6 months to live. She couldn't even have a transplant. She was 50. Now in 2005 at the age of 71, she has published a book about her journey. It's amazing that she lived 14 or so years before betablockers were even used for CMP and from what I can tell, they've revolutionised medical treatment and outlook. The thing was, that this woman, Margot Maurice, was using CoQ10 way back at the beginning when a lot less research was available on its benefits. She believes that this along with medication, positive support, meditation and healthy living have helped her enormously. At the age of 70, her heart's EF is normal! This is just one story of a woman living in Brisbane. There are so many others I heard recently.
Sorry to go on. I just wanted to say Hello to you both and to let you know you are in my thoughts. Sending you wishes for an ever strengthening heart and a peaceful one!
Best
Sharon Ley
