Treatment Raymond Dialeted cardiomyopathy

Hello,
Though I'm from Holland maybe it's good to write here in English so others may have use of my story or ?
I'm a 45 year old male with no known history of heart problems
end november 2017 i felt very bad and came to the ER. I had to stay and was diagonesed with cardiomaypathy
my EF at that point was 30% en blood 179/119
since then i'm on heart meds and my blood and heartrate are better i also feel better.
I would like to start the vitamin / supplement treatment. Can you please advice me what to take and how many ?
