I am taking the following:
L-acetyl-carnitine - 1500mg (half hour before breakfast)
CoQ10 - 400mg with breakfast
Alpha lipoic Acid - 300mg with breakfast
Vitamin E - 400Iu with breakfast
Vitamin C - 3000mg with breakfast
Magnesium - 400mg with breakfast, 400mg with dinner
Selenium - 1 brazil nut/day
Super Omega 3 - 1000mg
Taurine - 1500mg (half hour before lunch)
D-Ribose - 5000mg with breakfast, 5000mg with dinner (need to start taking with lunch also)
Vitamin D - 1000mg/day
Liquid Multi-Vitamin (IntraMax)
I am having a MUGA test in another month along with blood tests.
I had been walking approx. 25 minutes/day and a month ago I started something called Tabata, which is an exercise regime, 4 minutes/day, 4Xweek of interval training. 20 seconds of very fast walking followed by a 10 second rest. You do this for 4 minutes. The other days I walk and include some hills in my walking.
Am feeling well, looking forward to the tests that they show improvement!
