Willie, Thanks for your advice. I will begin phase 3, and switch to L acetyl carnitine. Do you recommend taking the amino acids at different times of the day, and not together? Is it OK to take the full 1500mg of taurine and carnitine at once, or should I split it up throughout the day? Thanks, Geoff
